PwC relocate to regenerated Kumutoto Precinct of Wellington

Furniture Included:
Zurich 5 workstations, Runway desking, Hive and Stork settings, Smartalock locker system

Designed by Athfield Architects, an exceptional new base-isolated office building known as the PwC Centre, sits at the heart of the regenerated Kumutomo Precinct of Wellington.

The building comprises a mixed use ground floor and four upper levels of exceptional office space with high ceilings and 2000sqm floor plates to enable flexible, efficient layouts.

These spaces all benefit from the building’s extensively glazed façade, which maximises light and views over Wellington’s harbour and cityscape. Business management consultants PwC relocated its Wellington offices onto levels 3 and 4 of the building, with the interior design of the fit-out handled by leading New Zealand architectural practice Warren & Mahoney.

The designers specified a wide range of Aspect furniture products throughout the fit-out, including Zurich 5 workstations with wraparound focus screens, Runway desking and a wide range of Hive and Stork settings as well as a Smartalock locker system.

Aspect worked closely with PwC and Warren & Mahoney to develop and future-proof a suite of products. Throughout the procurement process Aspect set up a prototype space to trial each product and create desired design customisations. This ensured the selection perfectly addressed the client's needs.
