New people at Aspect
19 December 2018
We are delighted to introduce you to four new team members at Aspect. As our (and your) collaborators, they bring fresh perspectives and processes to the design and craft of Aspect’s office furniture collections. Joining our operations, design and sales teams, here is an introduction to Krystian, Livai, Sandra and Chris.
Project engineer in operations
Krystian joins our Sydney design and engineering team after almost three years at Stylecraft in Sydney. He has a broad understanding of commercial furniture design and production having worked on a range of projects from estimation stage to bespoke design solutions to managing installation. He gained his Bachelor of Industrial Design with honours from Western Sydney University in 2015 with his thesis about intelligent technologies within the built environment. He has an excellent technical knowledge base and computing skills and, as one of our project engineers, will be co-ordinating the production of Aspect orders and manufacturing systems.
Auckland warehouse manager
Livai has been working in warehousing and logistics since 2011 specialising in operations management. Based at our new Auckland Distribution centre, his excellent leadership and interpersonal skills sees him lead high-performance teams for efficient and quality-driven production processes. Timely decision making, willing and able to adjust to multiple demands and rapid changes, Livai ensures excellent client service on orders processed through our warehouse. With extensive knowledge and experience in all major inventory software, he develops and supports a cross functional culture for consistent quality and continuous improvement.
Sandra is a dedicated and passionate designer with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. Innovative and resourceful in her approach, she forges fruitful, collaborative relationships and shows positive leadership qualities. With a degree in industrial design from Universidad Autonoma de Colombia and a Master of Business Administration from Torrens University Australia, she brings a well-rounded creative and functional skills base to her role as an industrial designer at Aspect.
Business development manager
Chris is an experienced account manager within the furniture industry and helps guide clients in choosing the optimal furniture solution for their space and budget requirements. He works with Aspect designers to translate client needs into product and system solutions that are ergonomically designed, well resolved, and fit for purpose. His very personable and collaborative style means Chris easily builds rapport with clients and colleagues a like. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Management majoring in sales and marketing from Wellington Institute of Technology (WelTec).
