Embracing change and uncertainty in 2021.

We're excited to share some of the snaps of the Women in Design and Construction (WIDAC) networking event that was hosted at our Melbourne showroom earlier this month!

This year's first face-to-face event, 'Embracing Change and Uncertainty in 2021', focused on embracing the new year with hope and positivity in the face of the uncertainty that comes along with a world that is still tackling COVID-19 and its many challenges.

Hosted by Aspect's own Shane McGowan, this empowering evening featured speakers Kylie Saunders of WorkTrybe, Domenic Borg of 101 Collins Street and Caitlin Harris of Lemonade Communications, who shared inspiration on how they embraced change in 2020 and are preparing for any uncertainty this year. They explored themes of organisational change, people and culture, and how to be prepared for whatever may be ahead for businesses and ourselves.
