Leading New Zealand law firm Anderson Lloyd has marked a significant milestone in its growth journey with its relocation to The Regent in central Christchurch.

The new 1,100sqm office space, situated at the intersection of Cathedral Square and Worcester Street, reflects the firm's commitment to both expansion and environmental responsibility.

As the first mid-large size New Zealand law firm to achieve Toitū net carbonzero certification, Anderson Lloyd's choice of The Regent was strategic. The building's energy-efficient features align perfectly with the firm's environmental goals, setting new benchmarks for sustainable legal office spaces across the country.

The custom office fit-out in collaboration with Gaze Commercial, saw Aspect deliver comprehensive furniture solutions throughout the space. Key installations included 1800x800mm Activate Sit to Stand Workstations with privacy screens, designed to enhance both productivity and focused work.

The workspace was further enhanced with ergonomic Task Chairs, while the reception area features a Stork Coffee table paired with High stools. To maximize space efficiency, custom storage solutions and Tambour storage systems were implemented throughout the office.
