The Strand creates an elevated workplace experience in the heart of Takapuna.

Designed by Platform Consulting Group, The Strand refurbishment transforms an iconic Takapuna building just 50 metres from the beach. The project creates a contemporary workspace embracing the building’s coastal location while establishing it as a premium North Shore destination where tenants can genuinely thrive.
Aspect partnered closely with the project team to deliver cohesive furniture solutions for two workplace tenancies on Level 1. We supplied Activate+ workstations paired with ergonomic task chairs to provide comfort and long-term support for day-long productivity. Forum sofas and Sector 2 leaners shape inviting breakout zones for informal conversations and spontaneous collaboration, while Forum booths create focus areas for collaborative project work. Banquette seating provides built-in comfort and structure to each workspace, offering a tailored seating solution while encouraging movement and connection. Flexible meeting room furniture makes it easy for teams to shift smoothly between focused discussions, presentations, and collaborative project work.
The result is a refreshed, future-ready workplace that balances coastal warmth with contemporary functionality.
