A Floorsense smart sensor is mounted under the workpoint and reports back real-time occupancy. Accurate utilisation statistics are built up over time, revealing occupancy trends.
Take it one step further with the top-mounted Floorsight pad, which can easily be retro-fitted to existing desks and furniture. The integrated software allows users to reserve a workpoint via a mobile app, locate co-workers, and share their location by simply swiping an access card or charging their phone on the wireless pad.

Floorsight combines the Floorsense under-desk sensor with a RFID reader and wireless/wired charger unit, mounted on the top of desks and meeting tabls
The free Smartalock app for Android and iPhone can also be used with Floorsight to reserve desks, providing greater flexibility and control.
App features include automatic desk reservation when placing a phone on the Floorsight reader and easy sharing of the user’s location with other users.

No time to deploy Floorsight hardware?
Floorsense also offers a new virtual solution whereby workpoints have QR code stickers on them rather than our hardware. Users can scan into a workpoint using the Floorsense app as if using the hardware.
Floorsense Virtual is delivered as a fully cloud-based solution and just requires a floorplan with desk numbers and a list of users. Deployment will typically take less than 48 hours.
