The focus was on consistency, functionality, and creating a space where teams can collaborate, support one another, and deliver excellence.
Aspect partnered with Catalyst to deliver a complete furniture package across two phases. We worked closely with the project team throughout the selection process, ensuring products from our range maintained consistency with their other sites while meeting the specific needs of the Palmerston North location. Our in-house installation team and local warehouse capabilities enabled us to coordinate delivery seamlessly with Gallagher Insurance’s installation program, storing furniture between phases to ensure minimal disruption to the workplace.
The furniture supports an environment aligned with Gallagher Insurance’s collaborative culture. Throughout the office, ergonomic task seating supports daily productivity and wellbeing. Muse phone booths offer acoustic privacy for confidential client discussions and concentrated work within the open-plan environment. Sector 2 tables anchor meeting rooms and provide leaner surfaces for the collaboration and team building central to the company’s values. Agility pedestal tables create flexible meeting spaces that support the company’s agile, problem-solving approach, while storage solutions with integrated planter walls bring natural elements throughout the workspace, creating a warm, professional atmosphere.
