Custom solutions for a resilient workplace.

Location: Albany

Aspect have partnered with the Ministry of Social Development to design, develop and deliver a customised workspace solution for their front-of-house environment as part of the Service Centres for the Future project (SCF). Utilising custom timber screening and our Activate workpoints, the new workspaces were designed to help build resilience and security at the MSD service centres.

Other than our in-house design service and custom, purpose-built workplace solutions, a key part of the evaluation criteria for the project was Aspect’s ability to provide consistent service and delivery to the 120+ service centres nationwide.

The featured site is the recent Albany SCF fit-out, which includes the custom, New Zealand designed and made CID secure workpoints and privacy screens, not only giving MSD staff a safe and secure work setting but affording their customers a private space for assistance.

The front-of-house areas are equipped with adjustable Activate reception units, Sector and Agility leaners, Ease bar stools, as well as Runway desks that house the online service kiosks.

Back-of-house work areas feature Aspect’s back-to-back electric sit-to-stand workpoints with accessories, including our Reach monitor arms and handy WorkTotes.

Working closely alongside the client, architects, and construction partners to deliver multiple sites at once has broadened our reliable network of installers and freight providers to bolster our resource throughout Aotearoa. This national contract has not only widened our supplier network but has brought business to a range of installation companies and freight providers across the country.
